A hidden gem to immerse yourself in fresh chicken dishes and local sake

Kuroka is a cozy spot in Shimonoseki where you can enjoy fresh, morning-caught chicken. The zuri sashimi and liver sashimi are particularly exquisite, known for their freshness and just the right amount of chewiness. The wide variety of local sake is also a highlight, perfectly complementing the chicken dishes. It's an ideal hideaway for adults to relax quietly and enjoy a blissful time.

The freshly caught chicken is very fresh, and both sashimi and grilled dishes are satisfying. In particular, the liver sashimi and gizzard sashimi had no unpleasant odor, and their texture and flavor stood out. The tataki was beautifully presented, and it paired well with the condiments. Each skewer was carefully grilled, and they were truly delicious. The interior, with its wall-full of menus and nostalgic background music, is comfortable. There is a wide variety of local sake, and you can enjoy a calm, hidden-gem atmosphere.
