Born in 1990 I was born in my hometown of Shimonoseki and decided to become a chef at the age of 27. My previous job was a public servant (firefighter). Since I was young, I have loved cooking and making people happy, and after just five years of aiming to be a chef, I became independent and opened 'Suikodokoro Kirishima'. I pay attention not only to the uniqueness of my dishes but also to various aspects such as customer service and atmosphere, striving daily to ensure that my customers are happy and satisfied.
