Beautiful river view and sensitive cuisine! French cuisine representing Toyama, we visited this restaurant for lunch while staying at the adjacent inn! Scandinavian taste? The course was finished in a modern style, incorporating trendy elements with a Scandinavian taste! Delicious and pleasing to the eye! The answer is that firefly squid season is the best time to visit Toyama!

It feels like they are building a single infrastructure, and I am amazed by the scale of it. The environment is such that every staff member is lively, and I think Chef Taniguchi, who built this up, is amazing.

It is a famous restaurant known by almost everyone, and despite being located in a place where there is 2-3 meters of snowfall during the winter season, guests from all over the world visit this renowned establishment. I have deepened my friendship with Chef Taniguchi, who is a wonderful person with a charm that attracts people.
