Yakiniku Katou

The style of grilling over charcoal in a shichirin is a characteristic feature, with thick cuts of premium tongue and top-grade short rib being particularly popular. The aroma of the charcoal maximizes the flavor of the meat. Offal and pig's feet are also exquisite, and they pair perfectly with miso sauce. A variety of side dishes are also available, enhancing the overall satisfaction of the meal.

The interior is filled with energy, and the charm lies in the Showa atmosphere filled with smoke. It often reaches full capacity, allowing you to enjoy grilled meat in a lively setting. Engaging in conversation with the friendly master is also one of the pleasures. Every visit offers a comfortable time in a warm space.

It continues to uphold the traditional style of charcoal grilling with shichirin, and is cherished by many people.
