Grilled Nodoguro (Japanese bluefin tuna), 2 pcs. 10 pieces of sushi, additional sushi Mozuku from Sado Island, Local special local sake and plum wine, handmade ume juice and ice cream. 23,000 yen for two people is inexpensive. All of them are first class, We were really lucky this time. I was really lucky to get a reservation this time. Most of the tables were filled with regulars and the empty seats are taken up by I guess it's like they are competing with each other for the empty seats. That makes sense. The restaurant has 10 seats at the counter Only 2 tables for 4 people

Echigo-Yuzawa Iron plate on the way back from snowboarding Omakase 5,000 yen, drink lots of sake and add snacks, total about 10,000 yen per person. Some rare items from the Sea of Japan.
