Yasuyoshi Restaurant at Echigo Yuzawa Onsen
Proudly serving Uonuma Koshi-Hikari rice and Maitake mushrooms from the region of Shiozawa. We offer a variety of seasonal Yuzawa delicacies, including wild mountain vegetables, Ayu fish caught from the clear-flowing Yono River, and specially cultivated Maitake mushrooms.

■ Closed: Mondays (If Monday is a public holiday, we will be closed on Tuesday)
■ Business Hours: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Last order at 7:45 PM)
■ Seating: 60 seats on the first floor dining area, 60 seats in the tatami room on the second floor
■ Internet Access: Free Wi-Fi available inside the restaurant
■ Parking: 20 parking spaces (including space for large buses)
■ Barrier-Free Access: Wheelchair access is available inside (Please note that only small wheelchairs are accommodated in the restroom)
Reservations
■ Online reservations must be made by 8:00 PM the day before your visit. Same-day reservations cannot be accepted.
■ You can also order from a different menu on the day of your visit, aside from the options available at the time of your reservation.
■ During high season periods, we cannot accommodate any changes to ingredients due to allergies or other requests. Please understand this when making your reservation.
■ We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests, so please understand in advance.
