As soon as you turn the corner, you come across a calm counter-style restaurant that initially has a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere, but it was the right decision to boldly step inside. The skewers, grilled slowly over charcoal, are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with no trace of chicken odor, making them surprisingly easy to eat. The style is to choose a course and then add individual dishes, which is fun as you can freely assemble based on your mood at the time. From the sticky chicken wasabi to the crispy fried chicken wings and seasonal vegetable skewers, you can feel the care and effort put into each dish, making it hard to put down your chopsticks. The kamameshi served at the end of the meal is fluffy and aromatic, a true delight. The cleanliness of the dishes and the restaurant itself is also pleasant, making it a wonderful place to slowly enjoy delicious chicken dishes.
