The style of ordering at the food hall counter and receiving a bell is casual and fun. The green curry I chose, lured by its aroma, had chicken and eggplant that were well coated in a slightly sweet sauce, resulting in a gentle flavor. The food is prepared very quickly, so you can wait comfortably even if you're hungry. Thanks to the accompanying soup and the sauces that can be adjusted to your liking, you can enjoy it without getting bored until the end. The chicken is mainly breast meat without skin, which is light yet has a solid umami flavor, which is delightful. There are also spicy dishes like basil rice available, and the ability to freely combine them according to your mood is another charm.
