In a calm space with a Japanese aesthetic, the white wooden U-shaped counter feels pleasant. The female bartender in a kimono responds promptly and courteously. When I express my preferences, she prepares the whiskey and cocktails to just the right degree, resulting in a deliciousness that makes me gasp. The gin rickey has a light lime aroma that spreads gently, and the taste is refreshing and pleasant. She also serves fruits that pair well with the drinks, making for an enjoyable combination. In the quiet, mature atmosphere, I feel comforted by the view from the window and the unique Shinkansen ceramics.
