The interior has a bright atmosphere like a salon, with sofa seating that allows for a relaxed experience. The menu features a variety of omelets, which was exciting just to look at. The signature soufflé omelet is fluffy yet maintains its shape, and the rich shrimp tomato cream is impressive with every bite. The cheese-in-omelet doria, soaked in a white sauce, combined with beef stew, offered a luxurious flavor. For dessert, I chose the caramel apple and roasted almond pancakes, enjoying the happiness of drenching them in plenty of maple syrup. In the comfortable seating and calming space, I was able to enjoy a delightful dining experience until the very end.
