The udon shop I wanted to go to! There were many foreigners! Famous store o(^_^)o Vegetable tempura udon + Kashiwa tempura I had the Vegetable Tempura Udon + Kashiwa Tempura! I didn't expect so much kashiwa-ten to come with the udon, so I was quite full lol. The udon was firm and tasty! The broth was also light in flavor. It was easy to eat without getting tired of it.

Tokyo Minami-Shinjuku Less than a 10-minute walk from the station, everyone knows this udon restaurant for its regular customers! We started to wait in line at 14:30 on a holiday afternoon and were not able to enter the restaurant until 2 hours later. It started raining before I knew it, and there were not enough seats..., A la carte Hot udon noodles with hot soy sauce, pepper, hot spring egg and mentaiko (without butter) Hot udon noodles with vegetable tempura The udon is indeed delicious. But I've had enough of waiting in line.

✏️ うどん慎〗〖Shibuya, Tokyo〗. ------------------------ The other night we had a dinner here â When I arrived, I was surprised to see a line outside with several groups of foreigners (°_°) Where do you guys get your information 🤔? I waited leisurely and when I got to the front of the restaurant, I could smell the aroma of dashi (Japanese soup stock) from the dried bonito flakes and kelp... I was 6 minutes hungry and now I'm down to 4... lol!!! :) :) 🍀Kake Udon (warm) (💴650) ➕ raw egg (💴100) I really wanted to try the tornado udon, but it got cold while I was waiting, so I went with the warm 💦. I'll order the tornado again... next month if I have time... Kake udon is not on the menu, but I ordered it in that style, I really wanted to top it with half-boiled egg tempura again, but they said they were sold out, so I added a raw egg, even though it didn't replace it. :. The soup stock is made from muro-aji mackerel, shaved bonito flakes, and kelp, combined with Kagawa soy sauce and several other seasonings. The refined sweetness and clear flavor are gently and lightly blended into the soup. The noodles are smooth and smooth, and the taste of the wheat naturally envelopes the noodles. The noodles are smooth and elastic when chewed, and the sweetness of the wheat is released to the maximum extent. The hot udon was not tornado, so next time I visit, I will go for the cold one! I'm glad I waited in line for Shikoshiko Udon(^q^) Shin-san is famous for his udon~! I went there thinking it would be okay because it was a weekday afternoon, but there was a line. But the lady at the store was very helpful and brought us a menu for outside while we were waiting in line and we had high expectations for the udon. I ordered Kashiwa Ten Zaru (1000 yen including tax) to taste the taste of Udon itself as much as possible! When I was called to the restaurant and sat down at the designated seat, the soup for Zaru Udon was already on the table and the Kashiwa Ten Zaru came out immediately after a short wait. The taste was smooth and silky, with a strong backbone, but it was also very smooth and tasty! I had a normal serving even though a large serving is free, but I was satisfied with the quantity and thought it was inexpensive for this quality, including 1,000 yen ＼! Shin has been a frequent visitor for a long time. The number of foreign customers has been increasing year by year, and various kinds of noodles, such as chicken and butter, have been added to the menu. I still like the zaru noodles because they are as firm as ever, but the noodles for kake are becoming softer. I also like softer udon, but I would give it a 3.3 because I like the firmness of the noodles here.
