Nikitatsu Kurabu is a direct shop of the traditional sake brewery 'Mizuguchi Shuzou,' founded in 1895, known for its sake made using the famous waters of Dogo Onsen. Inside the shop, the aroma of sake fills the air, and you can find unique souvenirs such as Dogo beer, jakoten (fried fish cake), and original sake lees soap. It's a place where you can enjoy local specialties. A wonderful spot you’ll want to visit when in Dogo.

As you enter the store, a faint aroma of sake fills the air, instantly lifting your spirits. The variety of Dogo beers displayed in the glass case is abundant, and you can enjoy a refreshing taste no matter which one you choose. The friendly staff prepares tasting cups and gently explains the flavor characteristics, making it a comfortable experience even for beginners. Comparing the crisp Weizen to the rich stout, you can clearly feel each one's individuality, which is quite interesting. Not only alcohol, but also unique souvenirs like jakoten (fried fish cake), kasuzuke (pickled in sake lees), and sake lees soap are lined up, making it enjoyable just to look at them. It was a perfect place to relax in a stylish space renovated from a sake brewery, ideal for a break after visiting the hot springs.
