The volume is not half as large as it should be! Katsu Katsu Sandwich | Delicious food and happiness♪ When I travel, I want to enjoy it until the last train! I enjoy arriving at Hakata Station early and picking out souvenirs! It's a happy time when I go this way and that way and wonder what to buy! Don't forget to check out the Hakata Station Daytos Ippin Street! It's right next to the Shinkansen ticket gates and also sells souvenirs and boxed lunches to eat on the train, so I tend to look here last. Shiroya, a popular shop in Kokura, is also available here! Now, I was curious about one of them. Mikazuki Katsu Sandwich store! Crescent Moon is known for its natural yeast croissants, right? Is this a new business model? It seems that they have various variations of pork cutlet sandwiches! Let's buy some as souvenirs! Pork cutlet sandwich with tartar sauce: 900 yen Stylish navy square box Three croissants are lined up, and a crest-like mark dons in the middle! It looks like a cutlet sandwich is tightly packed in the box. When you open it, you find it is also wrapped tightly in paper. The homemade bread is thick! When you hold it, it is very heavy! That's no wonder... You can get a better idea of the volume when you lay it on its side! Crunchy lettuce and fresh tomatoes! Plenty of tartar sauce with a hint of sourness! The pork cutlet is made from Kagoshima's Chami pork! It is cold, yet tender and moist! From a woman's point of view, I wonder if it is too hard to eat outside because you have to open your mouth wide. It is more like eating a hamburger with a cutlet as a patty than a cutlet sandwich! It's a bit messy, but when you try it, it comes together and tastes great! And I bought another kind! Kosokutei Tamago Sandwich - 600 yen! This one, too, was packed in a box with a lot of care! The bread is thick and the egg is plentiful! As it says "Kodawari", the egg is very firm! It was chopped into large pieces, so you could enjoy it while feeling the texture! Both are reasonably priced, but the volume is huge! I had half and half, and I was quite full! The pork cutlet sandwich is also excellent, but I think I'm a little concerned about eating it. At home, I would bite into it with a big mouthful! According to a friend of mine who works as a purser for the Shinkansen, there are a lot of people carrying this box in the train these days.
