It is a completely different "Toraji" from that chain restaurant. I had always wanted to go to this restaurant, but I thought that Mishuku, which I am not familiar with, was a place far away from the name of the place OR a difficult place to get to. I had no idea that it was a 2-minute walk from Yutenji station on the Toyoko line, which I always use. When I visited the restaurant without an appointment, the owner told me if I would like to sit at the counter. Tang Sueji The menu had a recommendation mark, so I didn't hesitate. It was one of the menu items I was looking for when I visited. I was told that it was ready to eat when the inside was a little red, so I took a bite when it was just right. The surface was crispy but juicy inside, with a nice salty flavor. It cooks rather quickly, so it's perfect as a beer snack. Toraji-yaki (salt and sauce, half) This is the harami we were looking for. There were two kinds, salt and sauce, so I had half. It was cut thick and the surface was grilled to a crisp. It was easy to chew and the more you chew, the more flavor came out. One bite and I was convinced it was #MyBestHarami. Make sure to order the salt one as it costs 450 yen more than the sauce one. Hatsu The owner raved about this dish on the blackboard menu the day we visited, so we ordered it. It was fresh enough to be eaten raw, so it was lightly seared. It has a crispy texture and no smell at all. Oyster kimchi, choregi salad, and egg soup These were ordered by other customers, but the proprietress took good care of me, probably because I was alone at the counter. All the dishes were very tasty, and I will surely come back again, not only for the meat but also for the other dishes. Since I was alone in front of the owner, I was able to listen to his stories about how he purchases meat every day and how he does not use frozen meat at all.

No customers at first sight Waiting half a year for a reservation Budget is around 15,000 yen. In many cases, reservations are relatively easy to get, and even if you eat and drink, you can often get change for your bill with a "yukichi" (a Japanese yen coin). And above all, the fresh hormone and meat are delicious! . In particular, the tansuji, hatsu, and the harami recommended by Foreign Deb are a must-try!

On the first 1129th day of 2021 and also on Hanak Friday, I enjoyed the exquisite yakiniku at this restaurant. Four of us visited. Assorted Kimchi Stewed beef tendon Choregi salad Beef hearts Liver Tongue tips Tongue and cheeks Sagari (salted) Toraji-yaki (Salt) Ulte Since we did not drink much, the bill was a little over 5,000 yen. Both the a la carte and the yakiniku were excellent, and it was literally a good meat day. It is relatively easy to get a reservation, and I hope to go back.

On the train on my way home, I saw a story of a famous Instagrammer who was inviting participants for Mishuku Toraji, so I announced my participation. I got off the Toyoko Line at Hiyoshi and took a U-turn train to Yutenji. There were eight participants in the meeting that day, all famous people whose names I knew on my own, so I took a seat on the aisle side of the train. We had been to this restaurant several times, but we left the ordering to the manager. I'm a fan of beef tongue at this restaurant, but this may have been the first time I had the special top grade tongue (thick slice). Luckily, another famous Instagrammer was at the same table as the manager, so he cooked it for us. We also had a full meal of the owner's special hormone such as sagari, harami, hatsu, and liver, and then the chateaubriand made its appearance. I don't remember eating chateaubriand here very often, but it is very tasty. The quality of a la carte dishes such as japchae and boiled tongue was as high as ever. We paid 10,100 yen, which was more than a little more than a yukichi for the first time, but it was another very satisfying yakiniku and a very satisfying meat party. We will visit again.

I found the 1 ever Halami that is truly delicious. You have to visit this restaurant once to talk about your love of Halami. (I believe it is) It is on the first basement floor of a building less than a 5-minute walk from Yutenji station. Since there were 6 of us, we were guided to a table. We ordered Boiled tongue (I had another one) Thick sliced tongue Halami Sagari ◆ Hatsu Liver ◆Golden tongue Japchae ◆Fillet Boiled tongue was delicious! It's cooked until it's very tender and you can drink a lot with it. It is recommended to eat it with wasabi. The jalami is tender, and when you bite into it, the block of fibers unravels. The juices are spurting out from between the fibers, and happiness is flowing out of me. The meatiness of the sagari is also wonderful! I was smiling the whole time because I was able to eat my long-sought-after halami. The surface of the thickly sliced tongue is slowly grilled to a crisp. The crispy texture is irresistible. It is also delicious with green onions on top. Liver and hearts are fresh! I don't want to grill them! LOL! We also ordered japchae, my favorite Korean food! The smooth and sticky vermicelli is addictive. I want to eat it all by myself. The top tongue is different from the thick slice. All the meats are delicious, and the price is reasonable even though we ate quite a lot. There is also a counter, so maybe you can come in here on a whim...? This is a new restaurant on my list of places I want to visit regularly!

I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Yutenji that I had always wanted to go to after finding it on social media! The best thing about this place is the Halami, and for me personally, it was definitely the best meat I've ever had 😂😂😂! There are two types of Harami, Outer Harami and Inner Harami, so I ordered both to compare them! 👍 Personally, I liked the Toraji-yaki (outer harami) better than the Sagari (inner harami)! It had a richer flavor! I was very satisfied 😋. But if you like fat, you might like the inner harami with wasabi 😋. And the special tang was the best tang I've ever had! I've never had such a great tan before 🥩. It was so thick and yet so tender, I knew I was in the right place 👍. I think it's a great cosmetic experience to eat and drink this much for less than 1000 yen per person 😄💯.

The thickness of the meat is amazing and the sashi is also beautiful ‼️😊. The more you chew, the more the concentrated flavor spreads in your mouth. It has a lot of sashi, but the fat is not too much ✨. As a lover of Halami, this restaurant is one of my three favorites 🥰❤️🥰❤️ Reservations are relatively easy to get and the staff is easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with😊. This is the best new yakiniku restaurant I've been to recently 💕. It is certified as a restaurant that I would like to go to once a month for its cosy atmosphere‼️

The tenderness of the meat can be clearly seen in the 4th video 💖. I especially like the Sagari and Harami, they are the best and second best here ➰❤️ The more you chew, the more the concentrated flavor spreads in your mouth. Reservations are relatively easy to get, and the staff is easy to talk to and pleasant to deal with😊.
