On my first visit in four months, I tried a combination of the regular menu and the seasonal menu. In particular, the horse fillet cutlet was well seasoned but light, and will be another menu item that cannot be missed. The menu we requested today was as follows. Pizzoccheri, which I ordered for the first time, is homemade pasta made of buckwheat flour. It is a dish like a gratin sauce with lots of cheese, although the ingredients are what you would imagine Japanese style. The beef cheek, which I also ordered for the first time, was delicious, with a good balance between the acidity of the red wine and the light flavor of the stew, and I could go for a quantity without getting bored. This ham and corn fritters with tomatoes and burrata cheese was impressive 😍😍✨ . It's open until 1am so it's easy to use and the decor is very tasteful✨. This time we made a reservation on short notice so we were limited until the next person's reservation time, but I hope to go back for a slower meal 🍷🍖😋. Thanks for the food 🙏🙏.

Northern Italian, I don't know. I've eaten a lot of food, but I don't know if it's north or south, even if they say! It's just Italian food! (It seems to be Northern Italian food) On this day I had Jersey beef, sirloin summer truffle, marinated eel and ravioli. Everything was super tasty! It would be even better if we could drink wine! I can't drink mine, so it might not taste half as good. I bet the food would be even better if I could drink! By the way, my favorite dish was the marinated eel rather than the meat dish! This is probably a menu that changes daily, but if it's there, it's a must!

The cream ravioli on the bottom left was delicious! The prosciutto ham was also delicious, low melting point and thin! Marinated eel on the bottom right!
