In a space with subdued lighting, you can spend time slowly. The style of grilling meat little by little while enjoying drinks is comfortable and very fun. The harami is thick, and even when cooked, it retains its juiciness. The balance of salt and miso sauce is good, enhancing the flavor of the meat significantly. The roaster produces little smoke, so it's nice to be able to enjoy without worrying about the smell. Both the counter and tables have a mature feel, making it perfect for two people or as a second stop.
