The moment I entered, the atmosphere in the restaurant was great and exciting. The menu, which has character, caught my eye, and everything was appetizing. I enjoyed dishes made with ingredients from Goto, and the sashimi had a great texture and was very delicious. The tempura was served with matcha salt, enhancing its aroma and flavor. The thin hand-stretched udon was smooth and had a good texture, and the condiments were well-prepared. Even the espresso and soy milk pudding after the meal were carefully made, leaving me satisfied until the end.
