Kagawa Ichifuku Kanda Branch] in Kanda, Tokyo ✰︎Eating log 3.70 ✰︎Niku Udon (hot) 790yen, topped with egg onsen Awarded Michelin Bib Gourmand 2017.2018.2019 and 3 consecutive years 🏅✨. I was curious about the texture of Sanuki Udon, which seems to be a little different from the common Sanuki Udon, so I paid a visit ♥. Kansai-style aromatic broth, moderate firmness with just the right amount of snap and crunch 🤤💗. The beef is well sauteed with onions and a bit sweet! This udon is truly for meat lovers 🍖! The noodles were not very elastic, but the broth was light and the flavor of the meat neutralized it, making it my personal favorite udon. 👏🏻 The restaurant is separated from the customers in front of you by an acrylic board to prevent infection. Lunch] Kanda ICHIFUKU Today's lunch was udon noodles to recover from the previous day's binge eating. I love Kagawa Ichifuku in Kanda 🙌 This is one of the 100 best udon restaurants on the food log and was voted "Bib Gourmand" 😋. The curry udon is also very good, but since it was getting cold, I ordered "onkake" 😉. The broth here is really good 😭The thick broth of iriko (dried sardines) soaks into your body 😢Gentle! The noodles are supple yet firm 👏. There is a line at lunchtime, but the turnover is fast, so even if you get in line, you can get in right away. 🙋‍♀️ Medium portion is 500 yen!

[I found this restaurant featured when I was casually looking at Kagawa Ichifuku. Whenever I have an idea, I immediately act on it! I'm influenced by brunch, and this is how I show it. I went to the restaurant while strolling around Ginza and Hibiya. I wanted to eat udon noodles with this broth! I thought it was a little salty, though. I would have liked the noodles to be a little firmer, but this is definitely my personal preference. The noodles were crispy and tasty! I realized halfway through the meal that I had actually come here to eat "udon"... Well, it's my first time here, so I guess orthodox is fine. I am satisfied:)
