A hidden soba restaurant where you can enjoy handmade soba and exquisite tempura
Ikisoba Shigezo is renowned for its carefully crafted handmade soba and freshly fried tempura. The soba is made with a precise balance of buckwheat flour and water, adjusted according to the season and temperature, resulting in a flavorful and delicious dish. The sesame soba, in particular, is exceptional on its own, and its umami is further enhanced when enjoyed with salt. If you visit Saitama, this is a wonderful soba shop worth stopping by.
