I was guided to a private room, and the Japanese-style decor is calming and very comfortable. The attentiveness of the welcoming staff is meticulous, which lifts my spirits from the start. The course centered around vegetables and fish is enjoyable in both appearance and aroma, and it gently resonates in my heart. The sesame tofu, kelp-wrapped yuba, and deep-fried nagaimo are particularly impressive, highlighting the deliciousness of the ingredients. The sashimi is fresh, and the presentation combined with the red vinegar sushi rice was very harmonious. The matsutake mushroom steamed in a teapot spreads a delightful aroma, allowing me to spend a relaxed time.
