The bowls of fu inside, a Kanazawa specialty containing dried vegetables and cute fu, are easy to use and last for a long time, so they are a great product to receive although they are not purchased for home use. Also, kuruma-fu is a convenient product that can be used in various dishes by cooking. The curry soup we had instead of miso soup was Japanese curry flavor, with a spicy taste at the end, but it was delicious and went well with bread. There are many uses for kuruma-fu, such as baking and simmering. Miso favorites, which can be enjoyed with red miso soup, country miso, or Kaga miso, are a must-have product for fu lovers. Fu by Fumuroya is a delicious gem with a good texture, plenty of ingredients, and miso soup with dashi broth.
