There is a soba-making space in the restaurant, and it's enjoyable just to watch. The white, glossy 80/20 noodles are slightly thick and have a firm elasticity. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor that pairs well with the noodles. The tempura includes various vegetables and shrimp, with a light and crispy batter. The fried soba salad has a crunchy texture from the crushed noodles that goes well with the vegetables. We also enjoyed soba tea, and it was delicious in a calm atmosphere.
