Located just a short walk from Hatagaya Station, this place has a casual atmosphere that invites you to drop in. It's a small shop centered around a counter, with the warmth of wood and a Showa retro vibe that feels comfortable. The signature highball, made without ice, has a pleasant carbonation and a fragrant lemon aroma, making it very easy to drink. When you ask for recommendations on shochu highballs with sudachi, sake, or shochu, they provide a drink that matches your mood and the food, which is reassuring. Each dish has a thoughtful twist and a gentle flavor, and the dish of taro with skin retains the earthy taste and is deeply flavorful. The chilled soup with sesame aroma and dashi is also highly refined, and the time spent drinking while discussing the ingredients and ideas is enjoyable.
