The soup is pork bone soy sauce, with a rich umami flavor and a gentle aftertaste. The richness of the chicken fat and a slightly sweet flavor combine, making it hard to stop using the ladle. The ingredients, such as spinach, seaweed, quail eggs, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and char siu, are well-balanced and visually enjoyable. The thin noodles blend well with the soup, and mixing in some spicy green onions allows for a change in flavor. It pairs well with white rice or rice topped with a raw egg, making you want to combine them. There is also an izakaya menu, and it's nice to be able to relax at the counter or in a sunken kotatsu seat.
