My noodle life:. I love Mendou Hanamokoshi, but there is always a long line, so I can't get there very often (´ω`). The other day, after the 10-day Golden Week holiday, I happened to pass by and there was no line, so I jumped in without hesitation 🤨. My favorite dish here is this Torisoba American 🇺🇸 I don't know what makes it American, but it's a very gentle soup ( ˘ω˘ ) The noodles are a little thicker than the thin noodles used in Hakata Ramen and have a great crispiness and wheat aroma. ❗️ And the chicken chashu pork topping is excellent 🥴. It is so moist, tender and juicy that you can't imagine from its appearance((((;))))))) The taste is also a little spicy and makes you want to eat this as a snack only ( ˘ω˘ ) The accents of shredded Rashira kelp and pickled daikon radish are also refreshing❗️This is said to be inspired by the kikurage and red ginger of Hakata ramen🍜. If you add rice to finish the dish and make it zosui (rice porridge) and pour it in with the soup, you can forget about your usual irritations and feel relaxed and kind (●´Ω●). There are four kinds of noodles here: the standard thick chicken soba, this American, and soy sauce-based Chinese soba and mazemen. ❗️ Tsuke soba seems to be served at night time. ☺︎ The owner seems to be a craftsman and a bit difficult to deal with, but in fact he is a very kind person. To be honest, everything is delicious, so you can't go wrong no matter which one you order. ❗️Please go with your mood and intuition at the time 😋. I wish President Toump could be as kind as this soup... ( ˘ω˘ ) lol
