The small shop with only a counter has a calm atmosphere, making it easy to enter even alone. The staff asks detailed questions about your preferences, so ordering is very smooth. The udon is thick, slippery, and chewy, with a firm texture that allows you to enjoy a sensation close to authentic Sanuki udon from Kagawa. The soy sauce-based broth has a good aroma and pairs excellently with the noodles. The tempura is served on a separate plate, allowing you to enjoy it freely with salt or on top of the udon. There is a rich variety of menu items using local eggs and chilled yam, providing the fun of choosing again and again.
