This hidden Japanese restaurant located underground has a calm atmosphere that is very pleasant. It seems to be a kaiseki restaurant specializing in wagyu, and the wagyu dishes and hot pots are very impressive. The karasumi served as an appetizer is rich in flavor and pairs perfectly with sake. The sashimi, including tuna, abalone, and sea bream, is all full of umami, making each bite delightful. For lunch, there are daily specials, grilled fish, and chicken nanban, making it fun to choose. The large fried oysters, elaborate small dishes, and fragrant red miso soup are all carefully prepared, providing a high level of satisfaction.

It is located underground and is not very noticeable, but it has the atmosphere of a Japanese kaiseki restaurant. Each small dish is carefully prepared, and they are all delicious. The silver cod is plump and has a good balance of fat, pairing well with the white rice. The red miso soup has a rich bonito aroma, which is comforting. The sashimi is full of umami and left a strong impression. You can also enjoy wagyu steak and hot pot, and the service is pleasant, making for a satisfying experience.
