A popular restaurant that uses a specialty duck broth made only from "duck, green onions, and water" for its duck ramen. The main store is located in Okachimachi, with a total of 6 locations, and surprisingly, it is open 24 hours, making it very convenient.
In the early morning after drinking, I ended up having a late-night ramen.

The soup has a beautiful taste that feels like it purifies the body, and you can really sense the dedication to quality. Even I, who am not fond of the unique smell of duck meat, did not notice it at all, so I believe it is well-prepared.
