A popular lahn restaurant with a long line 🍜✨. Closed at 2pm and we visited at 1pm and there was a huge line! 90% male customers 🍜. Ordered Chashu Chuka Soba and Chuka Soba. 👀👀🔍🍜The soup was dark in color, but unlike its appearance, I never got tired of the soy sauce ✨The garlic was very effective and I could eat more and more ✨👍. Also, the vinegar on the table was so good that I used a lot of it. I used a lot of the vinegar on the table because it was so good. It has kelp in it and an indescribable sourness 🥺. I think I used about half the bottle of vinegar by myself 🥺. I sat at the counter. The male staff's coordination in cutting the hot water and serving the food was cool and austere 🥺. And the staff was in conversation with what seemed to be a regular customer, I could hear him saying, "This job 🍜 is fun, stress-free, and a great solution. I was kind of touched 🍜✨ when I heard the staff saying "I'm having fun and stress-free at this job. Delicious ramen. I realized that the love and care that goes into making them makes them even more delicious and popular 🍜✨. I knew that this is a ramen shop that will always be loved and have a long line of customers. Even though the restaurant is always full, I was greeted with a cheerful greeting and a "How was the taste? I was very happy to hear that 🥺. Thank you for the food! Tamari soy sauce and kelp vinegar...good! On a personal note...I bought an iced coffee at 7-Eleven the other day...and when I got in the car I realized...I forgot to put the coffee in the car... When I was a kid in Tokyo, ramen shops used to deliver ramen to your door ( ´౪థ౪థ). I had ordered it as a regular ramen (; ・・・д・´)The restaurant had it on the menu as "Chinese Soba". It had spinach, naruto, pickled bamboo shoots, and nori (seaweed), but now I think the taste is better than the 100 yen frozen food, but I love the expression "Chinese soba" and the nostalgic visual. I thought I would be able to eat here without waiting in line, but there was a huge line. "Shall we have ramen?" Yes! I knew it! The "Thick Chashu Chinese Soba" topped with a half-boiled egg (๑-̀ㅂ-́)و✧Tamari soy sauce and a hint of garlic is delicious! And to top it all off, the "Kombu Vinegar" (；`д・・・) I never thought I'd get into vinegar at a ramen shop.
