Upon entering, you can relax in a calm, modern atmosphere. The red wiener that is served first is delightful and gives a sense of Nagoya. The grilled offal simmered in miso sauce is rich in flavor and pairs well with alcohol. The Taiwanese horumon ramen has a pleasant spiciness, and the plump offal is abundant. The beef bone miso ramen features a deep, rich white soup that clings well to the chewy curly noodles. The staff kindly lent me a power outlet, and their service is very pleasant.
