I visited the restaurant at the opening time after learning the announcement of the opening on January 17 through Instagram information (; ・・`д・´)
I was intrigued by the expression, "Chicken Soba Soup"! The restaurant is located on the former site of the Marunouchi branch of Noodle Shop Yamahide (; ・・`д・´).

There is only a counter and no customers in front of us (; ・・`д・´), but when one of our Instagram followers went there the next day, there was already a line ( ´థ౪థ)
The soup is creamy and bubbling white, and the chicken broth is thick and rich, but you can't help but sip it. The homemade noodles are also very firm and firm. The collagen is also plentiful and full of flavor!
