This is a popular roasted pork restaurant that often has a line. You can choose from the fatty belly, which offers a rich flavor, and the lighter shoulder loin. When you put it in your mouth, it is fluffy and tender, and the aroma of the special miso sauce stimulates your appetite. When sliced and lightly grilled, the savory flavor increases, and adding the accompanying sauce makes it just the right balance. The boiled egg is also a delightful addition, making the dining table instantly more vibrant. There are several sizes to choose from, making it easy to select, and I think it would also be a hit as a souvenir.
