A place to enjoy crispy kushikatsu and homemade dote-yaki
Kushikatsu Sakusaku Esaka, a sister store of the bakery Lapin established in 1999, proudly serves kushikatsu made with their own crispy homemade breadcrumbs. The freshly fried kushikatsu, made with seasonal vegetables and carefully selected ingredients, is light and not greasy, enhancing the deliciousness of the ingredients. Additionally, the dote-yaki, made with a slowly simmered chicken bone broth and featuring wagyu beef tendon cooked for five hours, is also very popular.
