Yakiniku House Wako is a yakiniku restaurant located in a corner of Gero Onsen. The ribeye is particularly thickly sliced, juicy, and satisfying, resembling a premium kalbi dish. We used this restaurant when we stayed at Gero Onsen. The food at the ryokan is good, but since it was our first outing in a while, we came to the restaurant wanting to eat what we liked. We each ordered "Yakiniku Assorted A" so that we could grill and eat our favorite meat. We also ordered "Top bone-in ribs" as an additional order. The restaurant has a calm and relaxing Japanese atmosphere, and we were able to enjoy our yakiniku in a leisurely manner.
