As soon as I arrived, they served me water, and I felt relieved by their kind response. I'm happy that I can enjoy a sushi course even during the day. The nigiri is seasoned perfectly from the start, and I can enjoy it as is. The anago (conger eel) is fluffy and tender, and the way it melts in my mouth is irresistible. The aji (horse mackerel) and sayori (halfbeak) have a nice salt accent that pairs perfectly with sake. Enjoying Kumamoto's local sake while eating tuna with garlic chip soy sauce was also an excellent combination.
