The service at pickup was very polite, and I was able to receive it pleasantly. The wrapping, chopstick holder, and cloth were all beautiful, making me excited even before opening. When I opened the lid, it was filled with sushi of small sea bream scented with yuzu, dashi omelet, and shrimp paste, among other things. Each seasoning was elegant, and I felt the delicacy typical of kaiseki. The salted mullet roe, grilled fish, and seasonal simmered dishes were well-balanced, allowing me to savor them slowly. The presentation was also gorgeous, and although it was small, by the time I finished eating, I was completely satisfied.
