A great deal for two glasses! The dry and refreshing taste pairs well with various dishes. The faint aroma of apples from Aomori Prefecture will surely stimulate your appetite. The name of the product comes from the thinned apples, which are immature apples picked during the thinning process and are not typically used for products. This is where the secret of Tekikakashi Cider's deliciousness lies. The immature fruit is rich in polyphenols, which are the sources of bitterness, astringency, and acidity, to protect itself from pests and diseases. The nutrients of the apple are concentrated in the small fruit. It is a crisp, unsweetened cider that pairs well with galettes.
Recommended for those who want to enjoy sparkling wine at a great price! We will serve a selection centered around crisp and refreshing dry options that pair well before meals.
This is an Extra Dry Prosecco with a slightly higher residual sugar content than standard Brut. To maximize its freshness and aroma, it is bottled just before shipping with no aging period. It has a fragrance of white peach with a hint of herbal nuances, and its natural sweetness lingers elegantly. Recommended as an aperitif.
A wine born from over 30 of the most noble terroirs in the Champagne region, its name and composition ratios are kept secret. It is made from a selection of the first pressing of Pinot Meunier (22%), Chardonnay (33%), and Pinot Noir (45%), with a portion (20%) undergoing primary fermentation in barrels. Additionally, a reserve wine blended from 25 vintages since 1985 is added at a maximum ratio of 50%. Long aging in the cellar includes 3 years of sur lie aging, followed by a minimum of 5 months after disgorgement. The dosage is extra brut (less than 6g/L), resulting in a genuine and pure Champagne.

It produces unique wines that cannot be found in other countries, and until now, most of them have been consumed locally. The mysterious Georgian wine can truly be called a 'phantom wine.'
