Juicy Meat Dishes Enjoyed on Lava Plates

This self-grill style restaurant uses lava plates from Mount Fuji, allowing guests to savor juicy hamburgers and black wagyu steaks. The infrared effect ensures the meat is cooked to perfection, locking in its rich flavors for a succulent taste. The menu also features dishes that make use of local ingredients.

The atmosphere has a strong Japanese taste. At first, I thought it was a tourist attraction aimed at foreigners, but no, the meat is high quality, and I was completely satisfied with a full stomach. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

The hamburger is made only with fresh meat that can be eaten rare, and you can adjust the cooking level yourself on the Mount Fuji lava plate. The juicy hamburger releases plenty of meat juices, which are trapped by the far infrared rays of the lava. Hand-kneaded hamburger 100g x 2, rice, miso soup, and ohitashi.
