The assorted appetizers are colorful and exciting from the very first plate. The sashimi has a perfect thickness, and I was impressed by the strong sweetness of the fish. Every dish is carefully prepared, and you can feel the chef's dedication. The escargot butter with whelk is richly aromatic, making the drinks even more enjoyable. The interior is cozy, and conversations with the staff are fun, which makes it easy to linger longer than planned. The selection of sake is diverse, and I appreciate that they suggest the perfect drink when I share my preferences.

It's a small shop, but the calm atmosphere and cleanliness throughout are appreciated. It's no surprise that it's so popular that items run out; it was a highly satisfying experience.
