This is a cozy taco shop located just a short walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. There are only a few seats at the counter and a bench outside, so you might have to wait a little depending on the timing. The tortillas, which are rolled out and cooked after the order is placed, are fragrant, and their small size makes it fun to try a variety of options. The pink tortillas are exciting to look at thanks to the dragon fruit powder. The ingredients, including pork, shrimp, and al pastor, are all fresh, and the slightly sweet seasoning pairs well with cilantro, making them easy to eat in one bite. Enjoying them with mezcal or paloma enhances the experience, and since takeout is available, you can enjoy them casually.
