The hand-made noodles of Hitachi Aki soba were fragrant and made me happy with just one bite. The dipping sauce was not too strong, and it had a gentle flavor that enhanced the taste of the soba. The vegetables in the kenshin soba were plentiful, conveying the freshness of the local produce. The simmered offal was carefully prepared, free of any unpleasant smell, and paired excellently with the soba. The colorful toppings of shredded nori, spinach, and Naruto were delightful, and adding shichimi made it even more enjoyable. The portion was substantial, so by the time I finished eating, I was very satisfied.
