In a calm atmosphere that makes use of the town house, the gallery can be viewed, bringing peace to the heart. The strawberry shortcake is filled with plenty of fruit, and each bite spreads freshness. The harmony of the fluffy cake and light cream is very pleasant. The yuzu cream cake also has a refreshing aroma, and the more you eat, the happier you become. The gentle flavor of the dough made with brown sugar, along with the quality of the eggs and milk from Miyama, is felt, and the sweetness is moderate. The coffee has a perfect balance of acidity and bitterness, making it a great match with the cake.
