The menu is a course only, using "Tamba Nagoya Cochin" and "Hinai Jidori Chicken" for the chicken, and seasonal vegetables selected by the owner himself. Orders are basically left to us. All the skewers, both salt and sauce, were so delicious that I ordered more after my round of ordering ♡ The owner was frank and easy to talk to, which was also a great treat!

A dish where chicken meat and leeks are skewered alternately and grilled with salt. With a firm texture, the more you chew, the more you can enjoy the natural sweetness and umami of the meat. The grilled chicken, including the leeks, is prepared carefully by the owner every day using only fresh ingredients, making it very delicious.
