✏️Kitchen Gorilla〗〖Sakyo-ku, Kyoto〗. ------------------------ Here is my lunch the other day ♪ It was a 10-15 minute walk from Kyoto University, and it's my favorite restaurant these days ✨. I don't know what category western restaurants are because they don't have an assortment of menus 🤔. At any rate, I guess it's a meat main 🍖. * * 🍀Dorobuta Roast Steak (💴2300) Thick and voluptuous 😍! You can't go wrong with this surface crunchy and slightly pink colored grill ‼️ The surface is savory and crispy. The fatty part of the meat is not too tough, but the sweetness is well utilized. The lean part is elastic and almost pushed back. But it is soft and tender. The more you chew, the more powerful the flavor is and the more it spreads in your mouth. The meat quality of pasture-raised, stress-free pigs The owner's preparation and cooking methods... He is a pro at what he does ✨. It was the best finish. ❣️ On the way to the restaurant, we also got some fawn meat as an extra. This one was also resilient, but moist and tender. The sweetness is front and center, and you can chew it forever savoring its sweetness! Bambi~... ✏️Kitchen Gorilla〗〖Sakyo-ku, Kyoto〗. ------------------------ We had lunch here the other day. I was attracted by the sense of naming, so I had to check it out (laugh) A Western-style restaurant run by a former member of the Self-Defense Forces ✨. The exterior is a normal house, and the restaurant is on the first floor, so if you lose sight of the sign, you may not be able to find it. You may not be able to find her if you lose sight of this signboard. The menu also has a funny description of Gorilla at the end of it. The menu includes Western-style dishes such as roast pork cutlet, steak, hamburger steak, fried shrimp, etc. : : : 🍀Loin Cutlet (💴900) I heard that the size got smaller when they cut the end of the cutlet. We got a handsome filet cutlet on top instead of that portion. No, I'm rather glad I got so much 😱. I'm glad I was curious about the filet mignon, though... :) The loin is thick and chewy, with a rich concentrate of fatty flavor. The filet is somewhat light, with a sweet meaty taste, moist and tender. : : The meat is already delicious. Already A little soy sauce is poured on the fatty parts without making it feel heavy. Salt is poured on the not-so-fatty parts. Personally, I don't put sauce on this cutlet If it tastes good, I eat it with salt. I was concerned that there was no salt on the table, but I was happy to see that it was already prepared and served to my liking. :) There are so many other things I want to try, I'd rather conquer them all! I'd like to be served again when I visit Kyoto University🌸.
