Exquisite Kushiage in a Kyoto Machiya
"Kyoto Kushiage and Nikomi Okuno Hidari" is a charming kushiage restaurant located in a back alley of Kyoto, housed in a traditional machiya. The creative kushiage, carefully fried by skilled artisans, is not only visually stunning but also delicious, offering a diverse menu to enjoy. The interior has a retro atmosphere, and alongside the kushiage, the 24-hour simmered offal stew is a popular dish. It's the perfect spot to spend a delightful time after sightseeing or work, and it's also very photogenic.
