I was torn between the wide variety of udon dishes on the menu, but this time I chose the "Vegetable Tempura Udon". Taking a sip of the broth, I was extremely impressed by the amazing umami, sweetness, and bitterness that spread through my mouth. The vegetable tempura was carefully soaked in the broth before being served, so we could not enjoy the crispy texture of the tempura, but the batter was soft and fluffy, accentuating the flavor. The sweetness of the vegetables was evident in each of the vegetable tempura, showing the freshness and attention to detail. I often eat udon in Kagawa, and this atmosphere and close proximity to the restaurant is enough to satisfy me.
