Opened on July 2, 2021. The natural beauty of Susami Town in Wakayama Prefecture, and the interest in Japanese food that the owner felt while living abroad, are manifested in the form of immigration and challenge.

In 1986, Kirika Oi went to the United States and at the age of 19, she went to New York with dreams of music, knocking on the door of a new world. She then pursued a career in cooking in Philadelphia. In 2008, she walked the path of a sushi chef at NOBU New York, and in 2021, she returned to Japan and opened Sushi Kirika in Susami Town.
