It is a bit away from the bustling area, but that allows for a more relaxed experience. The grilling technique is excellent, and the inside is juicy with just the right amount of salt. The sand liver is particularly impressive, with its flavor expanding the more you chew. The liver pâté has a pleasant aroma and is so delicious that you can't help but keep eating. The tsukune has a light flavor of perilla that spreads pleasantly, and I really liked it. The counter is easy to use even for one person, and all the dishes pair well with drinks, making for a satisfying experience.
