This is a okonomiyaki restaurant located in a narrow alley just a short walk from Hiroshima Station, where you'll want to wait a little to enjoy the food. When you savor the freshly grilled okonomiyaki on the counter teppan with a spatula, the rough appearance and fluffy texture are delightful. The noodles are carefully loosened with added dashi using Yamamoto Foods' steamed noodles, providing a rich flavor. The pork and soba, as well as the meat and soba, are fragrant as they mix with the egg, spreading a nostalgic taste reminiscent of the old days.
