This is a calm restaurant located a short walk from Yutenji Station. During the day, there are several set meals centered around grilled fish, with the fluffy flesh and fragrant skin pairing well with the rice. The side dishes and red miso soup are also carefully prepared, making them perfect for a palate cleanser. In the evening, a selection of seasonal dishes is served one after another, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment in a friendly atmosphere. It pairs well with sake and Shaoxing wine, making it easy to keep drinking. The meticulous work of the owner, who is a former sushi chef, is evident throughout, resulting in a highly satisfying meal until the end.
